River Canyon Rope Bridge
…from a family garden to a wild meadow.
A private client Rope Bridge project for the whole family across a very deep river canyon running past an old water mill in the garden. With structural steel cables running tree-to-brickwork, everything is in-bound on the cables. and built up in stages. At the far end we created an entrance platform around a large tree with a step up to gain access from a steep gradient pathway.
The client owned all the land up to the big tree in the distance and so the Rope Bridge created an awesome 'wow-factor' impact within the garden allowing a connection with the home and formal lawn across to the more wild and enchanted fields opposite for the whole family.
