Rounded treads to connect from lawn to treehouse

Log Rope Bridges are fantastic wherever you need a change of height

Our Log Rope Bridges are a perfect solution where a treehouse adventure starts from the lawn or woodland floor, leading upwards to a treehouse or platform. Our Log Rope Bridges make an awesome treehouse or platform entrance, with the adventure and make-believe starting right from first entering the Rope Bridge.

In these situations, flat Rope Bridge ‘slats’ don’t work because of the gradient, so we use round timber logs that are set inbound on ropes or steel cables to provide suitable ‘steps’ whilst holding the rope balustrades.

Typically, with Rope Bridges up to around 4.8m length [which is perfect for a Rope Bridge entrance], we integrate a fixed-beam into the Rope Bridge to hold the two ends apart, this is usually at half-height within the rope balustrades but can also sit lower or even closer to the upper ‘hand-rail’.

Log Rope Bridges are a perfect and adventurous entrance to a garden or back-yard treehouse play-set or platform decks from the garden lawn, they look stunning and much more fun than steps. A real "wow-factor" feature for a Landscape Designer to include, often forgotten - the route up and into a treehouse needs to be adventurous and imaginative, very much part of the play journey.
